Contact — Santa Clarita Valley
Pick a time on the calendar for a 30-minute introductory conversation with Lindahl Lucas. There is no cost to start and nothing to bring but your questions.
What to expect
The first meeting is a 30-minute conversation at no cost, held by video or at one of three Southern California offices. Nothing is prepared in advance and no documents are required. You leave knowing whether a coordinated plan would change anything material about your situation.
Scheduling a meeting is the first step in the Retirement Blueprint, the process Avinci Wealth Management uses to coordinate the moving parts of a retirement into one plan. The introductory call runs about 30 minutes and is a conversation, not a sales presentation. Lindahl Lucas listens to where you are, what you have built, and what you want the next stage of life to look like, then explains how a coordinated plan would approach it.
Most people who book a first meeting are somewhere in the ten years either side of retiring. Some are still working and want to know whether the date they have in mind holds up. Some retired recently and are unsure which account to draw from first. Some have a business to sell, a property with a very low basis, or a trust signed years ago that may never have been funded. What they have in common is a set of decisions that interact with each other, and no single person currently responsible for how they interact.
Nothing. There is no document checklist for a first conversation and nothing to fill in beforehand. If it is useful to have figures at hand you are welcome to, but the first meeting is about the shape of your situation rather than the detail. Document gathering only begins if you decide to move forward, and at that point we tell you exactly what is needed.
You will receive a short written summary of what was discussed. If a Blueprint makes sense, we outline the next step and what it costs before any engagement begins, in writing. If it does not, that is a legitimate outcome of a first meeting and there is no follow-up sequence. Avinci does not run a call cadence on people who have said no.
If you would rather read first, you can review the Retirement Blueprint methodology, see the full range of financial services Avinci coordinates, read our latest insights, or learn more about Lindahl Lucas. When you are ready, choose a time on the calendar above and you will receive a confirmation with the meeting details.

Common questions
The first meeting is a 30-minute conversation, held by video or at one of three Southern California offices. It covers where you are financially, which retirement decisions are live for you now, where your current arrangements are and are not connected, and what a coordinated plan would involve. It is not a presentation and there is nothing to sign.
No. The introductory meeting is complimentary and carries no obligation. If you decide to proceed to a Retirement Blueprint, the cost and the fee structure are set out in writing, along with Form ADV Part 2A, before any engagement begins.
Nothing is required. There is no document checklist for a first conversation. If you would like to reference specific figures you are welcome to bring them, but the meeting is about the shape of your situation rather than the detail. Document gathering begins only if you choose to move forward.
Not to have a first conversation. We are happy to review your situation and tell you whether a coordinated plan would change anything material, regardless of where your accounts are currently held. If you engage, most clients eventually consolidate so the portfolio can be managed as one coordinated whole, but that is a discussion rather than a precondition.
Avinci is fee-based. Investment advisory fees are charged as a percentage of assets under management and are disclosed in writing in Form ADV Part 2A before any engagement. Where an insurance or annuity product is appropriate, it is placed through our affiliate Lucas Insurance Services, which earns a commission. That relationship and the compensation are disclosed in writing before anything is placed.
At the Santa Clarita headquarters at 23929 Valencia Blvd, Suite 404, or at the Beverly Hills or Woodland Hills offices. Meetings are also held by video. The firm works with households across the Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles County and Ventura County, and is registered as an investment adviser in California, Arizona, Illinois, Texas and Nevada.
Households approaching or already in retirement whose decisions have started to interact: multiple income sources, a business being sold, concentrated stock, real estate with a low basis, or estate documents that need coordinating with a tax and income strategy. If your situation is straightforward, we will tell you that in the first meeting rather than propose a process you do not need.
